HiSPEC’s commitment to quality is encompassed in our mission statement.

 

The overall quality objective of the company is to provide a service that meets the requirements of our Clients.  

 

Specific objectives of the company's quality system are to:

  •  Ensure that Client’s requirements are met at all times;
  • Improve internal systems of operation so as to ensure consistency, minimise mistakes and maximise efficiency.

HiSPEC has developed quality procedures for its products and services to ensure conformance with our client’s quality requirements.

 

The provision of a quality service will be on the basis of a quality system of documented procedures, which will ensure all projects undertaken are carried out, consistently, to the client’s specification.

 

The quality management system embraces to an extent the core practices of BS EN ISO 9001.

 

The systems cover:

  •  Review of Client enquiries and requirements;
  • Purchasing and Client supplied products;
  • Project control;
  • The design and development of products;
  • Monitoring of performance; and
  • Running and monitoring the quality system.
